Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, products browsed) to help us improve the storefront.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfil orders, respond to support requests, and — only if you've opted in — send you occasional updates about new collections and sound healing guides. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment & security
Payment details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; HarmonicNest does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, or request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting hello@harmonicnest.com.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@harmonicnest.com or our workshop address in Patan, Lalitpur, Nepal.
