Orders
Every piece is handmade, so photos are representative rather than exact — hand hammering, etching, and patina finishes mean no two bowls, gongs, or bells are perfectly identical. By placing an order you accept that minor natural variation in weight, tone, and finish is part of the craft.
Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in AUDand may change without notice. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out between browsing and checkout — if that happens, we'll contact you before charging your card.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from our workshop in Patan, Lalitpur, Nepal. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best estimate, not a guarantee — customs processing in some countries can add extra time.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds guidance or contact us to start a return.
